Returns & Refunds Policy:

At Daily Dose SA, we take pride in the quality of our natural health and body care products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the process in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Statutory "Cooling-Off" Period

In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Timeline: If you exercise this right, we will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation.

  • Costs: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

2. General Return Conditions

Beyond the cooling-off period, we offer a voluntary return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following:

Eligible for Return:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • The protective seal (if applicable) is completely intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items (Health & Safety):

Due to the nature of our products (supplements and body care), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or Unsealed Products: Any item where the security seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

  • Personalized Goods: Items made to your specific specifications.

  • Expiring Goods: Products that are close to or past their expiry date at the time of the return request.

  • Gift Vouchers: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us at info@dailydosesa.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a collection of the item at our expense.

  • Once inspected and the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@dailydosesa.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Important: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We cannot issue a refund for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Bank Charges: Please note that while we do not charge a "restocking fee" for valid returns, your bank may take several days to reflect the balance in your account.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
